Basic Subsea Course

Our Basic Subsea course is aimed at widening the delegate’s knowledge base in the field of practical subsea engineering drilling.

The course provides a clear insight and understanding of all the equipment, its operation, maintenance, repair and operational philosophies, whether it uses the latest technologies available or long field-proven equipment.

Current legislation and standards are used throughout the course. The course can be considered suitable for personnel with or without hands-on experience. The course can also serve to refresh the equipment and systems awareness of working subsea engineers with some work experience.

This course has a non-assessable pre-test to asses delegate’s current knowledge and a final test at the end of the course with a pass rate of 70% or above. Following successful completion, delegates will receive a certificate accredited by International Association of Drilling Contractors Drilling Industry Training (IADC DIT).
